One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on hs777. Creating duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hs777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. hs777 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.
You must notify hs777 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. hs777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised the activity.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hs777 and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:
hs777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, to void all bets and winnings associated with the prohibited activity, and to report the activity to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law.
All content on the hs777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of hs777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hs777 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publicly perform, or create derivative works of any hs777 content without the prior written consent of hs777.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hs777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, regardless of whether hs777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
hs777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you to your hs777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hs777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact hs777 support to seek resolution of the dispute in good faith. hs777 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within five (5) business days and to providing a substantive response within twenty (20) business days of receiving complete dispute details.
hs777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date stated in the notice.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the hs777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
